The Stewardship and Ministerial Convention of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division will gather pastors and ministry leaders from across the region for a time of spiritual renewal, collaboration, and learning. Anchored on the theme “Building Up His People,” this gathering highlights the vital role pastors play in nurturing the spiritual growth of the church and strengthening the mission entrusted to God’s people.

Pastors serve as shepherds who guide congregations in faith, teach the Word of God, and cultivate communities that reflect Christ’s love. Through faithful stewardship of their calling, leaders help build strong churches where members grow in discipleship, unity, and commitment to God’s mission. This convention provides an opportunity for pastors to reflect on their sacred responsibility as servants of Christ and stewards of the gospel.

Throughout the week, participants will engage in worship, biblical reflection, leadership training, and meaningful dialogue focused on strengthening pastoral ministry and stewardship practices. The gathering will also create space for pastors from different countries, cultures, and ministry contexts to share experiences and encourage one another in the work of building vibrant, mission-focused churches.

The convention draws inspiration from 1 Corinthians 4:1–2 (NIV):
“This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.”

As pastors unite under this shared calling, the convention seeks to inspire leaders to continue building up God’s people—equipping believers, strengthening communities of faith, and advancing the mission of Christ across the diverse territories of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division.

Satan’s Greatest Fear

Speaker
Pastor Ramon Canals, Ministerial Secretary
General Conference

Presentation Overview
What is Satan’s greatest fear? Is it large churches, impressive programs, or influential leaders? Scripture reveals that Satan’s greatest fear is a church fully surrendered to Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfill God’s mission. Throughout history, the enemy has worked tirelessly to discourage, distract, divide, and weaken God’s people because he understands the power of believers who are committed to prayer, faithful stewardship, discipleship, and evangelism.

This message will explore the biblical reality of the great controversy and examine how Satan seeks to hinder the mission of the church through complacency, self-reliance, and spiritual neglect. Be challenged to recognize the strategies of the enemy and embrace God’s plan for spiritual revival, faithful leadership, and mission-focused ministry.

The Never-Ending Sermon: Embracing the God Always Lifestyle

Speaker
Pastor Hector Reyes, PGTS Director

Presentation Overview
What message does a pastor preach when no words are spoken? This presentation explores the reality that a minister’s most powerful sermon is often preached through daily choices, attitudes, relationships, and faithfulness to God. Participants will be challenged to embrace a “God-Always” lifestyle, where Christ’s presence is reflected not only from the pulpit but in every aspect of life and ministry, creating a consistent witness that inspires others to follow Him.

Session 9
The Lost of All Things

Speaker
Pastor Marcos Bomfim, Stewardship Director
General Conference

Presentation Overview
What was truly lost when sin entered the world? While humanity often focuses on the loss of paradise, this presentation explores the deeper losses brought about by the Fall—the loss of perfect fellowship with God, harmony within creation, and the purpose for which humanity was originally created. By tracing the devastating impact of sin throughout Scripture, pastors will gain a renewed appreciation for God’s redemptive plan and a greater urgency to lead people toward the hope and restoration found in Jesus Christ.
